Villa Marin is self-governed by its residents, who own their apartments and pay an average of $6,000 a month in HOA fees. That includes housekeeping, paddle courts, a library, a salon, and a fully equipped health center with on-site medical staff.

Looking for a wee bit of inspiration? How about in the form of a 90 yr old Villa Marin resident who dances for four (4) hours, walks 10,000 steps and stretches for at least an hour - EVERY DAY.

She says to me, "Aaryn, I am not special!", to which I tell her "oh yes, you very much so are, Miss". She always laughs when I call her Miss :)

Of the many career perks I enjoy here at , perhaps the greatest are the residents. Such rich living history.

Recently, we helped tell the Young Ju's story, our 90 year young "Dancing Queen".

Young Ju was recently profiled in both the and the . A huge shout out to Colleen Bidwell for penning a truly wonderful article.

WHOOP! We should all aspire to be Young Ju Yun!
