I was a nurse for more than 20 years. I understood medicine better than most people ever will.

Before you reach for your next pill, try this.
Place your hand on the part of your body that hurts. Speak to it with love. Say, “I love you, I honor you. You have power to heal yourself. Do a good job! Thank you for serving me.” Just three minutes.
This is a simple soul healing practice. I do this myself. It has given me powerful blessings and profound experiences, again and again.
Your body is listening. Speak to it like you love it.

😭 Why does relief from pain treatment never seem to last?
