We’re Hiring: Clinical Director

Are you an experienced clinician who loves clinical work—but also finds yourself drawn to mentoring, supporting, and developing other therapists?

Treehouse Family Counseling Services in San Ramon, CA is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative Clinical Director to join our team.

This is a 25–30 hour/week position combining a limited clinical caseload with protected time for clinical leadership.

We’re looking for a California-licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or psychologist who brings strong clinical judgment, warmth, accountability, and a genuine interest in helping other clinicians grow.

Experience with children and adolescents, family systems, trauma-informed care, clinical supervision, play therapy, sandtray, expressive therapies, parent consultation, or high-conflict family work is especially valued.

What we offer:
• $80–$85/hour, depending on experience
• Eligible benefits
• Approximately 8–10 clinical sessions/week
• Protected leadership and consultation time
• An established, collaborative child and family practice
• An opportunity to help shape the next chapter of Treehouse
