I love learning how to better myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually! I have always been connected to spirit in an exciting way of enjoying other's gifts and guidance. I have come to learn my own gifts and receive guidance myself. I am an educator and nurturer at heart and I am thrilled to be able to create and hold space for others to heal, learn and grow. I work with my spirit team, the

Arch Angels, and the divine to bring you the space to meet your healing intentions. I am not the healer, I am the practitioner, you are the true healer! I offer Angelic Reiki where the angels combined with traditional Usui Reiki are used for your highest good. I also offer crystal healing that you can add to your session. Crystals help increase your intentions, healing, and connection. During sessions I will receive guidance, validation, and the work for you to use to move forward from your spirit team that I write down, share with you, and give for you to keep. I am also passionate about food and how it affects your daily and long term health and wellness. I believe and teach a plant based balanced life style is best for your vitality. I teach classes and provide one on one mentoring so you can understand why eating high vibrational foods are your best option. Self-care isn’t selfish, it’s how you refill your cup.

As women and moms, we often give so much of ourselves to our families, careers, friends, and everyone around us that we forget we deserve care too.

When you’re constantly pouring from an empty cup, burnout, resentment, overwhelm, and exhaustion can quietly take their place.

Taking time to receive an Angelic Reiki session is a gift to yourself. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your heart, release what you’ve been carrying, and renew your mind, body, and spirit.
