✨ Where can you practice with me this August? ✨

This month I'm teaching only 8 public classes, so there are only 8 chances to meet me on the mat in August. You can catch me in Virginia Beach on salect Mondays and Fridays at Jess Yoga in Kempsville, and most Thursdays at Collective Yoga near Town Center. Come explore, breathe, and find yourself with me.❤️

I also have room for just 2 private clients this month. Whether it's a personalized intuitive energy session or one-on-one practice, I'd love to have you as one of them. DM me to schedule.
My intention this season is simple, gather closer, go deeper, hold space for those who are ready. 🌟

I'm sneaking off to camp under the stars 🏕️🔥, because energy healer yogis need to fill their cup too and August is a great month to watch the night sky.✨
