Last week, we celebrated two big milestones at Momentum: 7 years in business and 1 year of new ownership! 💙

Here are some thoughts from Shawna ⬇️

This first year has brought a lot of growth and a few exciting changes. We’ve added red light therapy, upgraded to all electric tables for our massage therapists, expanded our treatment options, and added little touches like complimentary tea to make your time here even better.

But through all of that growth, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to genuinely caring for every person who walks through our doors.

We’re so grateful for everyone who has trusted Momentum with their care over the years, and I’m incredibly honored to continue building on what Momentum has always been while finding new ways to serve our community going forward.

Meet Natasha!

Natasha’s journey into massage therapy began as a client. After struggling with severe migraines and chronic pain, she discovered how much massage could help her get back to the active lifestyle she loved. That experience inspired her to become a massage therapist.

She graduated from the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho in 2021 and is passionate about helping clients address the root cause of their pain through personalized treatment.

Natasha offers Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Migraine Relief Massage, and nervous system focused bodywork for those experiencing PTSD and anxiety.

Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, skiing, swimming, and spending time with her Corgis.
