We're on a boat 🚢

What a way to kick off the week! Congratulations to Tyler on his first day at his Transitional Employment job! Tyler is now working with the amazing team at Dogsmile Adventures right here in our community.

Transitional Employment is one of the cornerstones of the Clubhouse model — giving members real, paid work experience with real employers as a stepping stone toward their employment goals. Tyler is showing up, doing the work, and absolutely crushing it from day one. We couldn't be more excited for him!

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to Dogsmile Adventures for their continued support and partnership. Employers like you make it possible for our members to build confidence, experience, and futures. You are a treasure to this community. 🙌⚓

Formerly the Marcus Anderson Family Foundation, RETOVA is a North Idaho–based nonprofit rooted in hope, community, and the future. Their belief in community‑based therapeutic support makes them a vital partner in our mission to restore People (connection), Place (safe space), and Purpose (meaningful employment) for adults living with serious mental illness.

Thanks to RETOVA’s generosity, many of our members have a safe space, meaningful work, and real pathways back into community life—reconnecting with friends and family, returning to school or employment, and rebuilding their lives here at home.
