Today is PTSD Awareness Day, a reminder that healing isn’t linear and no one has to face their struggles alone. PTSD can affect anyone, survivors of trauma, veterans, first responders, and people from every walk of life.
If you or someone you love is living with PTSD, your story matters. Your strength matters. Your healing matters.
Let’s break the stigma, listen without judgment, and make space for compassion. 💚
You are not alone.
