This is why I created Remembering.

A guided psychoacoustic experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself.

We begin with a conversation about where you are in your journey and what you’re seeking. Together, we’ll choose a personalized psychoacoustic sound and vibration experience aligned with your intention.

Psychoacoustics is the study of how sound influences the mind, emotions, and nervous system. Through carefully selected sound and vibration, we create an environment that encourages relaxation, reflection, insight, and deeper self-awareness.

Then comes the most important part.

You get to stop.

For an hour, there is nowhere to be.

Nothing to solve.

Nothing to prove.

Nothing to fix.

Just space to listen.

As your mind quiets and your body relaxes, many people find themselves reconnecting with parts of themselves that have been buried beneath the demands of everyday life. Clarity emerges. Perspective shifts. Intuition becomes easier to hear.

Afterward, we’ll spend time reflecting on your experience and exploring whatever surfaced during the journey. Thoughts, emotions, memories, symbols, insights, ideas, or simply a deeper sense of knowing are all welcome.

My role is not to tell you who you are.
