We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes ma

We enjoyed a Father’s Day BBQ on our memory care unit! 💙🍔🌭 Residents gathered together to celebrate fathers, grandfathers, and father figures with great food, laughter, and meaningful time spent with one another.

Elliott Nursing and Rehabilitation is proud to support the Elliott County Senior Center through a recent donation of festive Bingo prizes in celebration of the upcoming Fourth of July holiday! 🇺🇸💙

Pictured are David Bradley, Director of Marketing and Admissions, and Judy Brandenburg, Director of the Elliott County Senior Center, alongside a selection of patriotic-themed prizes designed to bring excitement and holiday spirit to local seniors.
