Brain fog is not always a focus problem. Sometimes it's a resource problem.
We're supposed to use our mental energy throughout the day. Think. Learn. Solve problems. Navigate relationships.
But we're also supposed to replenish those resources.
The sun goes up. The sun goes down.
Activity and recovery tend to work best together.
When one side consistently outweighs the other, people often start noticing the effects in their energy, attention, and cognitive performance.
