We are so happy to welcome Wendy Smith Haupt, our new sleep lab manager!

Wendy brings extensive experience in sleep medicine, healthcare operations, patient safety, and quality improvement to Crescent Neurology and Sleep. Her background includes leading multi-site sleep medicine services, clinical operations, and performance improvement initiatives.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Patient Safety and Quality and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) professional, and Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).

Throughout her career, Wendy has been passionate about improving the patient experience while building efficient, high-quality systems that support both patients and healthcare teams. She looks forward to bringing that experience to Crescent Neurology and Sleep and working collaboratively with the team to continue strengthening the sleep program and the care provided to its patients.

Facebook has a way of reminding you of the past. I had attended this lecture in 2017 never realizing that the next year I’d open up my own practice and then eight years later would have my own sleep lab. I’m grateful to God and everyone who have given me their pearls of wisdom and my team who strives to give their best for our patients! 🙏🏼🙌🏼❤️
