I love a good massage! But let's face it, regular massages can get expensive, and not everyone enjoys having someone else work on their body.

What if you could learn to give yourself some of those same benefits, whenever you need them? 🙌

That's one of the things I love about self-massage and myofascial release. Using simple therapy balls, you can learn to target areas of pain and tension, improve mobility, and help your body feel better, all on your own terms.

Whether you love massages and want something to supplement your regular appointments, or you'd rather skip the massage table altogether, self-massage is a great skill to have!

I'm offering Self-Massage + Sound Bath workshops, where we'll focus on different areas of the body each time. Come to one or join us regularly to build your own collection of techniques you can use at home.

And after we've worked through those tight spots, we'll finish with a relaxing sound bath. 🤍

I’ve been trying to think of ways to convince more people to come try yoga with me, but I think one of the guys in my class at VASA said it best:

“You’re really good at not making people suffer.” 😂

And there you have it. My new marketing slogan.

Come try a class. Apparently, it’s not terrible. 🤣

In all seriousness, I spend a lot of time helping people find positions that actually work for their bodies, using props and making adjustments so they can feel supported and comfortable.

Yoga isn’t about forcing your body into a shape. It’s about finding a version of the shape that works for you.

🍂Yoga in the Garden is moving to Fridays! 🍁

With the sun setting a little earlier, we’re officially switching to Friday mornings!

I know that’s good news for some and not-so-good news for others, but I hope you’ll be able to join us for a little movement, relaxation, and time outdoors as we wind down the week.

🎶 Have a favorite sound healing instrument? If you’re planning to come, leave a comment with your instrument request! I’ll try to bring one or two of the most popular choices. 😊

Hope to see you there!

One of the things I love about what I do is watching people discover just how much potential they already have within themselves.

Seeing my clients build self-awareness, explore new possibilities, and find ways to live more fully in alignment with their values is such a gift.

I’m grateful for the trust they place in me and the opportunity to share in their growth. Getting to witness these changes truly makes my heart happy 🤍

Another weekend of learning, growing, and adding new tools to my toolbox! 🧰

I just wrapped up an incredible weekend in Park City learning Jill Miller’s Roll Model Method, a self-massage approach to myofascial release using therapy balls to explore tension, improve mobility, and support relaxation.

I feel so fortunate to have spent the weekend learning from Rachel Lando of Movement Elevated. She is an incredible source of knowledge, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from her experience and expertise!

One of my favorite things about this work is that there is always more to learn, explore, and share. I’m so excited to incorporate these new tools and techniques into both my private client sessions and group experiences.

Stay tuned! New rolling classes are coming to Vista in November! 🤍

I really, really love what I do. ❤️

Sometimes it’s hard to explain exactly what I do as a yoga therapist. The work looks so different from person to person, and just in the past week, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients with a wide range of life experiences:

💜 A nurse navigating the stress of a new career, adjusting to changing sleep schedules, and learning to carry the responsibility of caring for people facing life-threatening illnesses.

❤️ A postpartum mother finding her footing after weeks of worry while her newborn was in the NICU, now adjusting to life at home with a baby struggling with colic.

🩷 A beautiful bride-to-be and her closest friends, celebrating love, friendship, and an exciting new chapter of life amidst the stress of planning a wedding.

🤍 Someone in recovery who has worked incredibly hard and needed an opportunity to feel safe, secure, and comfortable enough in his body to truly rest.

💚 Someone with bipolar disorder navigating a manic episode, using gentle movement and breathwork to help channel excess energy, find a sense of calm, and gradually settle into comfortable stillness and rest.

💙 Someone wanting to better understand his breathing, learning how to coordinate breath with movement and feel more comfortable in his body.

I love bringing people together through group experiences, but one-on-one work holds a special place in my heart.

There’s something so rewarding about getting to know each person, understanding their individual needs, and finding ways to support them. Sometimes that’s movement or breathwork. Other times it’s education, meditation, sound, or simply an opportunity to rest.

Every person is different. Every session is different.

I’m incredibly grateful for the trust people place in me and the opportunity to be a small part of their wellbeing journey. ❤️

Not all sound baths are the same. ✨

At Vista Wellbeing, we keep our groups small so you can enjoy a more intimate, personalized experience.

Everything is ready when you arrive. Just settle into a comfortable space and enjoy the sounds and vibrations of instruments played around, over, and sometimes directly on your body.

From crystal singing bowls and chimes to weighted tuning forks, each experience is designed to help you slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself.

A little less crowded. A lot more personal.

Ready to experience something different?
