Consistency. It’s boring. Sometimes it gets old. It’s truly rewarding though! Practicing pull-ups is a whole different kind of accountability. It’s a struggle to hit my 10 right now since I’m only practicing once a week. It’s a good reminder that bare minimum helps you maintain, but extra effort makes things even easier! Where can you put a little extra effort into your health?
