Hi everyone! I just wanted to update you on the latest.

I haven't been able to share a lot of details on my page since my Mom follows this page. I have her blocked from this post.

Some of you may know from my personal page, that my mom was also diagnosed with Dementia the same week my Dad was. Double whammy. It was recently discovered that she needs a heart valve replacement. Tomorrow, she will have that procedure. I come to you, asking for good vibes, thoughts and prayers. We appreciate you holding space for us.

Many have asked when I will get back to sessions. I am not sure at this point. A lot will depend on my Mom's recovery. (I keep seeing September 🔮, so we shall see.)

We are having a celebration at the end of the month for my Dad. If you are interested in coming, please message me and I can send you the details.

At 12:55 am, this morning, my father took his last breath. Thank you for holding space as our family navigates the next part of grief + loss.

Just an update from me...

Hi everyone! I miss you all!

Since June, I have been caring for my dad full-time. In February, after 2 hospital stays in a matter of weeks, he made the decision, no more hospitals or doctors. He was placed on hospice, barely meeting their criteria. He is unaware that he is on hospice, a decision made with much deliberation. Ten days after being admitted to at home hospice he started declining quickly, with terminal agitation/delirium. Please keep him, my Mom and our family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you.

I appreciate all of your messages and texts. I am not seeing clients at this time. If that changes, I will let you know.

Clients, friends, and family,

I wanted to let you know that I will be taking a 'pause' from my practice.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for trusting in me to create a sacred space for tears, grief and most importantly, healing. It's been a beautiful journey to have walked with some of you for the past 18 years!

A few announcements:

In the next couple of weeks, I will be moving into my parents home to assist. I attempted a few times to see clients over the past 9 months, but its only added more people to my reschedule list. The pause on seeing clients continues through June. I will keep you updated when that changes. If you have a gift certificate that expires this year, please know I will still honor it.

I am in the process of planning a women's retreat October 5th through 8th in Seaside with an ocean view home booked. Full Moon + King Tides will bring the mystic! Let me know if you are interested.
