Meet the Therapist: Kirsten Richter, LMT #023268
Kirsten brings a thoughtful blend of therapeutic experience, compassionate care, and a growing passion for nervous system-focused bodywork to Drift & Restore.
A graduate of the University of Western States, Kirsten has been practicing massage therapy since 2017. Her background is rooted in injury-focused and therapeutic massage, using targeted techniques to help clients manage pain, recover from injuries, improve movement, and reduce physical stress, but her work continues to evolve.
Kirsten is currently expanding her training in craniosacral therapy and exploring more somatic approaches to bodywork. Gentle techniques that invite clients to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and support a greater sense of ease and regulation within the nervous system.
She is especially drawn to creating sessions that bridge the gap between therapeutic treatment and restorative care. Whether a client is navigating an injury, chronic tension, stress, or simply feeling disconnected from their body, Kirsten thoughtfully adapts each session to meet them where they are.
✨ If you’re looking for therapeutic bodywork with a calm, restorative approach, Kirsten may be the perfect fit for you.
