The ownership consists of local registered nurses and healthcare administrators that recognized a need in the community and wanted to make a positive impact on patient care. Although there are many

We’re excited to welcome Caitlin Lopez to the Active Home Health team as our newest Admit RN!
Caitlin has spent the last seven years caring for others and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident as they adjust to receiving care at home. She is dedicated to providing the best care possible and always takes the time to listen to her patients’ needs.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys reading, paddle boarding, and spending time with her Goldendoodle, Millie.
