NSAIDs like Ibuprofen should be avoided if you have kidney disease. A supplement of turmeric with pepper is generally well tolerated and helps with inflammation (just much slower). DO NOT take if pregnant or on blood thinners. As always, tell your doc if you start something new. Happy Saturday!
