"I can't stand my complete denture!!!" was exactly what my patient was telling me. Although it fit well, it felt enormous and stimulated a strong gag reflex. We then began discussing the All-on-4 Treatment Concept with Premium Nobel Biocare Dental Implants.

The process began by using Digital Smile Design utilizing 3D imaging and quality photography. The Dental Lab and I created a new "virtual smile" from which we measured and planned the proper placement of dental implants. We used a 3D printed surgical guide during surgery for precise implant placement. Then a transitional hybrid full arch bridge was attached to the dental implants during healing. Once we confirmed proper smile and functional positioning of her teeth (as well as adequate soft and hard tissue healing) we were able to complete her final restoration is a solid zirconia full arch restoration.

I would like to thank this patient for the opportunity to help her through this process of Design, Surgery, and Prosthetics!!! It was a pleasure to work with you!
