Another successful court appearance today at Department 112, Van Nuys West Courthouse.

At Diversified Monitoring Systems, we believe that client advocacy doesn’t stop once someone is enrolled. Today, I personally appeared in court and hand-delivered a current progress report for one of our clients enrolled in the DMS SCRAM Alcohol Monitoring Program. The client remains in full compliance with all program requirements, ensuring the Court and counsel had the most up-to-date information available before the matter was called.

Providing accurate, timely documentation can make a meaningful difference in the courtroom. Taking the extra step to personally deliver reports demonstrates our commitment to professionalism, accountability, and supporting both our clients and the attorneys who represent them.

The attorney expressed genuine appreciation for our presence and the proactive service we provided. Building trust with the legal community is earned one case at a time, and we’re proud to stand beside our clients throughout the process.

Today we’re in C58 Prop 36 Court advocating for another client who has been committed to changing his life.

Since March, he has remained focused on his recovery journey. He openly acknowledges the disease of addiction and understands the work required to maintain lasting sobriety. When asked what motivates him, his answer was simple: his younger siblings. He wants to become the role model they deserve.

At DMS/Options, we believe every client deserves someone who will stand beside them throughout the recovery process. Today, we responded to assist with a client who was taken into custody at the Pitchess Detention Center. Situations like these require immediate communication, coordination, and follow-through, and that’s exactly what our team provides.

A participant in our SCRAM-X Program successfully completed 182 days of continuous compliance with Diversified monitoring Throughout his enrollment, our client remained fully compliant with all program requirements and demonstrated a strong commitment to his recovery and court obligations.

He shared that he is now celebrating two years of sobriety, a milestone he is incredibly proud of. After experiencing previous legal challenges, he took the initiative to clear away the wreckage of his past by enrolling in Diversified Monitoring Systems and remaining compliant in lieu of serving a jail sentence.

His dedication, accountability, and commitment to lasting change are a testament to the progress he has made. We congratulate him on this accomplishment and wish him continued success in his recovery journey.
