We are honored to have Dr. Wu Pengcheng, Chief Physician and Master’s Supervisor at The Second Hospital of Lanzhou University, share his clinical experience with the 3000 Phacoemulsification System.
Dr. Wu is one of the earliest ophthalmologists in Gansu Province to perform refractive cataract surgery. He has completed more than 50,000 cataract surgeries and performed the first trifocal IOL implantation in Northwest China.
In this clinical evaluation, Dr. Wu performed cataract surgeries using the 3000 from the surgeon’s perspective, including cases involving Grade II and Grade IV nuclei, as well as a patient with glaucoma and a relatively shallow anterior chamber.
Through real-world clinical practice, Dr. Wu shared his objective assessment of the 3000, particularly its anterior chamber stability, tubing rigidity, safety, and overall surgical performance.
