Integrated Resources Institute Integrated Resources Institute (IRI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the full inclusion of persons with disabilities into their community.

IRI Mentorworks provides day program services to adults with disabilities to find employment in their community. Our philosophy is "Everyone Works". We truly embody this motto as over 50% of our clients work in their community. Our services are provided under the philosophy of person centered planning. Everyone gets individualized services and we work on developing our client's interest, skills a

nd preferences. We presume competence and focus on the "can do" instead of the "can't do". Through its MentorWorks program, IRI has facilitated over 20,000 community job placements for persons with disabilities in the US and Australia. Based on these successful Integrated Work outcomes, IRI has been awarded several local, state, federal and international grants. IRI also provides Supported Living, Educational Consultation and Professional Development services and consultation.

Mara consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to the people she supports. She is dependable, punctual, and consistently provides high-quality, person-centered services.

Throughout person served Tanya's Paid Internship, Mara has provided exceptional support by offering ongoing coaching, encouragement, and workplace guidance. During the job development process, she incorporated American Sign Language (ASL) into her coaching, helping Tanya expand her ASL vocabulary, strengthen her consistency in using sign language, and build confidence in communicating with others.

Through Mara's dedicated support, Tanya has continued to develop her workplace skills, enhance her communication abilities, increase her confidence, and gain greater independence.

Mara's consistency, dedication, and genuine investment in the success of the people she serves have contributed significantly to Tanya's continued growth and achievement. She exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding Employment Coach at IRI, and we deeply appreciate the commitment, compassion, and professionalism she brings to her role each day.

Richard consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication, flexibility, and person-centered support in everything he does. Whether serving individuals across multiple caseloads, collaborating effectively with three Support Managers, or stepping in wherever support is needed, he approaches every opportunity with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Through his work as an ILS Mentor in our Empowered Living services, Richard has built strong, meaningful relationships with the people he supports and their circles of support, ensuring services are personalized, impactful, and empowering. He has forged genuine bonds with supported individuals, and it is clear they enjoy the connection, guidance, and support he provides.

Richard goes above and beyond to ensure every person feels heard, respected, and valued. His compassion, teamwork, and commitment to helping others achieve their goals consistently make a positive difference. We regularly hear outstanding feedback about his professionalism, collaborative spirit, and the positive experience others have when working alongside him.

Richard's willingness to support others, pick up shifts when needed, and consistently put the people we serve first makes him an invaluable member of the IRI team and a truly deserving recipient of the Employee Spotlight Award.
