We our extremely excited to announce our newest team member, Dr. Broderek!

Dr. Broderek went to the same chiropractic college as Dr. Ford and was even trained by many of the same clinicians. He also specialized in sports medicine and comes from a family of chiropractors.

In his spare time he enjoys surfing and playing basketball. He is available to book online, and will be helping out especially while Dr. Ford is on paternity leave in 7 weeks. He is available to book online, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy his smooth adjustments if you get the chance.

Gary’s story is very cool and something we see everyday on our clinic. There is so much we can do to relieve pain and get you back to doing your activities naturally.

Jovian has been working with us for about 7 months now. She is an NASM certified personal trainer and specializes in rehab training. She is studying for physical therapy school, and takes the same attention to detail into all of her personalized sessions.

Meet the team Monday.

Koje has been part of the team for about 3 months now. He specializes in deep tissue and trigger point therapy. He is a critical part of the pro recovery sessions which combine bodywork and chiropractic, but also offers hour long sessions focused on fascial realignment.

When not helping release tight muscles, you can typically find Koje surfing or doing yoga.

Don’t forget to wish him a happy birthday tomorrow and thank him for being part of the team!

Merry Christmas from our (growing) families to yours!

The Ford family is expecting baby #3 in the spring, and Mikael Powers welcomed their second baby, Rowan (below), last month.

Other Updates:

We are excited to announce we just installed an infrared sauna in our office and are now offering sauna sessions that include red light therapy. Please reach out if you have any questions about any of the therapies we offer.

Starting in the new year, we will be open on Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Click the link in bio to book your appointment today.

The office will be closed for the rest of this week (December 24th-26th) as well as January 1st. Office hours will resume as normal every other day.

As always, we appreciate every single one of you for your continued support in 2025 and look forward to helping you optimize your health in 2026.

The site of symptoms isn’t always the problem. The same goes in reverse as very often I see issues in the shoulder causing neck pain.
