For this PTSD Awareness Month, we’d like to take a moment to recognize the nearly 70% of individuals who have suffered from some form of trauma in their lives.
There is no one perfect way to approach healing from trauma. While a nervous system stuck in chronic hypervigilance has a signature on a brain map, we know that the day-to-day still looks different for everyone.
