I’ve been working on something….

I first ran our Drop Two Sizes program at ResultsFitnessSCV 17 years ago and went on to write the book, create a workout DVD (yes it was back in the day) and create the implementation system for fitness pros helping hundreds of personal trainers run their own versions over the years. It’s still available inside our Results University coaches hub and gets run every year.

Lots has changed over the years from how we market (Instagram didn’t exist!) to how we deliver results. It’s time for me to re-launch a brand new implementation program for fitness pros.

What I love about coaching fitness pros through implementing this program is that it’s a crash course on business as you learn by doing. You’ll run the marketing in real time, you’ll implement plug and play systems and you’ll re-engage past clients, retain current ones and get referrals bringing in $10K+ to your business.

Only those on the priority list will get the first invites and I will be capping this to just 20 coaches as I’ll be creating it in real time with you as we launch our up coming Drop Two Sizes Program at Results this Fall. This will not be available in our Coaches Hub.

Hit the link in my profile or shoot me a DM to get on the priority list today before I open doors tomorrow. We start on Monday, August 3rd!

P.S. It works for both online and in person. Also you can rebrand as your own version while still using my system. We’ll go over this in the challenge.

Exactly 6 months post-op ACL/Meniscus surgery this weekend. What better way to celebrate than with my individual Spartan DEKA STRONG comeback at our very own Spartan DEKA event at ResultsFitnessSCV

Knees felt great! Wore my braces and took it slow on the 24” box step overs but did them no problem, which was the only one I was nervous about.

I came out strong with some solid split times on the first half then hit my threshold that I couldn’t hold and slowed down significantly on the back half. My time was 18:40 which is 49 seconds slower than my previous time last year pre-injury.

Goal today was to get that data so I know where I am and what I need to work on and of course earn a medal! Goal accomplished!

I’ve got work to do. Excited to lock in and see what I got this year!

Me vs. Me. Previous me is still winning. I’ll get there and beat her soon!

Keep watching 😉 Shooting for our next event in September only 7 weeks away!

Thank you to my coach Alwyn Cosgrove - Coach (and hubs) who has been with me on this journey right through. I know he’s as excited as I am to have him stop writing rehab programs and shift back into performance goal programs.

More race vids to come!

Let’s do this!

You don’t need more growth. You need more stability. 🎙️

Had this exact conversation at our last mastermind and I watched the lightbulbs go off in the room.

So many of you are in growth mode (more leads, more clients, more revenue) and there’s a point where that growth actually breaks you. Not because you don’t want it. Because the team and the systems that got you here can’t hold what’s coming next.

I see it every time. A gym owner tells me “I need to get some systems in place” and what they really mean is “I’m the bottleneck and I know it.”

You’re a solopreneur wearing 6 hats and you’re proud you built it that way and it’s not sustainable and it’s not scalable.

Here’s the truth — before you push for more, you have to stabilize what you already have. Team in place. Systems in place. Then you scale.

It’s not sexy. It’s not a launch. It’s the boring work that makes the exciting work possible.

If you’re feeling like you’re doing more and getting less, that’s not a growth problem. That’s a stabilize problem.

Where are you right now — still stabilizing, or ready to scale? Our Coach to CEO Accelerator is built to give you exactly what you need to systemize to grow over time. Interested in joining our next cohort? Comment “ready” below 👇

I used to spend tons of time designing the perfect program.

Every workout. Every menu item. Even the script for every meeting — before I ever shared it with a single person.

That’s a really great way to procrastinate ever launching your first short-term program. Ask me how I know 😅

Drop Two Sizes was a perfect example of this. I learned it the hard way.

Over the years I’ve been able to hand the whole system to other trainers — plug and play — so they didn’t get stuck chasing “perfect” either. They just rolled out what already worked.

And here’s what that actually gave them:

Their clients finally had a clear picture. What to expect. How they’d get there. What they could realistically accomplish in the timeframe.

Not just good coaching — a complete system that tied it all together.

It became so much more than a short-term challenge. It became the front door into their community.

Clients came in wanting to change their bodies. Along the way a lot of them changed how they thought about food, movement, and what they were actually capable of. They built trust. They built relationships with each other. They built confidence in themselves.

And for the gym owners? Those clients stuck around. A short program became the start of a real relationship — not a one time promotion.

Me vs me a few years ago… me now doesn’t waste months chasing perfect. I use what already works.

This is your chance to run Drop Two Sizes right alongside me. I’m doing a 30-day ramp up where I’ll hand you one lesson a day so you can launch your own version of this program.

Join the priority list in my profile and I’ll get you the details before doors open in August.
