The name "Ekata" means "oneness" in Sanskrit. This is the underlying theme of our facility. We train adults and children to live a healthy, balanced life by training not only the body, but the brain. Children learn discipline, self-regulation and accountability through the study of mindfulness (meditation) and our core curriculum of martial arts. (Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do). Our curriculum focuses

on physical development, character training (attitude, manners, motivation) and safety (conflict resolution i.e. bullies, abduction, etc.) Our adult program includes complete services for wellness. We start with a thorough evaluation, then each person receives an individualized training program which includes mindfulness stress reduction, physical training plan, group training plan and dietary counseling by our licensed RN nutritionist.
