After my father's su***de I went on a hunt to feel better and bumped into the Grief Recovery Method. The 8-week class was valuable beyond belief to my emotional healing, such that I decided to become a Specialist. I teach the tools of Grief Recovery to people like me: humans who have suffered and are hurting from loss of any kind, not limited solely to death and divorce. Events such as moving and

retirement are also loss events...any change to what you knew as familiar is a loss event for you. The goal of The Grief Recovery Method is to help people say goodbye to the pain, isolation, and loneliness inside their heart caused by significant emotional loss so they can FEEL BETTER.

Met this sweet girl several years ago ONLINE and she quickly became “Casey Baby Sister” in my contacts.
Recently had the opportunity to meet IN PERSON when she and hubs traveled to CA, and my gosh this time together did not disappoint - what a gift!

Casey came along bright eyed and open-hearted in all things God and GRM, and generously invited me into her life.

With Casey, I’ve appreciated giving love AND receiving love in return, which is a priceless gift. She personally acted as a heart with ears for me weekly during a treacherous time of severe pain and loneliness, and I know grievers are safe in her hands.

I love you, Cas, thank you for sharing ♥️with me.
