Today is the day - come join us! Stop by our office at 23542 Lyons Ave. Suite 202, Newhall, CA, (second floor, inside) in the Plaza Posada shopping center, anytime between 9 am and 4 pm for light refreshments, shopping from a variety of local crafters and creators, raffles, and seasonal acupuncture treatments to help your body adjust to the summer season.

Wendy Hassenpflug () and I are teaming up for another grounding yet expansive Root to Rise session on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 11 am to 12:30 pm. - and we want you to be there so much that we've decided to take $11 off your enrollment if you sign up by May 31st.

Those who attended the last session said they felt "like they were floating on clouds," and several enjoyed it so much that they signed up for the next Root to Rise event on the spot!

This ninety-minute session will help you ground into the fiery energy of Summer 🌞 while offering an opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and feel better in general.

🪡Acupuncture helps regulate the flow of energy (qi), which can lead to a sense of calm and balance. It activates your circulation, smooths your energy flow, and shifts your awareness inward, allowing you to feel connected to the present moment.

☕Cacao ceremonies provide a space for emotional and spiritual well-being. Its compounds and natural flavonoids improve circulation and promote cardiovascular health, allowing energy to flow freely through your body and aiding a sense of physical and mental grounding.

🥣The vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, etc., help to lower heart rate and blood pressure, which can lead to a sense of grounding and stability.
