Donating my body to science last weekend during Mary-Ellen Coutu Kramp’s course on vascular 🪢 and lymphatic 🌊techniques for the pelvic health therapist plus infertility protocol.
For this particular lesson we were learning how to treat the vessels going to ovaries to help optimize fertility 🥚🐣🍆
We also learned techniques to help with pelvic pain and prolapse.
Mary-Ellen is a gifted practitioner as well as an encouraging and informative instructor. I highly recommend any and all of her courses.
Bonus adventure on this trip to Illinois involved visiting a local stable and hanging with some friendly donkeys. 🙃🫏🫏
Already enjoying implementing my new skills with patients and look forward to learning more.

Breakfast of Champions!
The holy trifecta of fat, fiber and protein to start the day strong and keep blood sugar steady.
Starring some of the amazing cast of the Westside Farmer’s Market super flavorful everything chicken, braised greens and roasted parsnips (so sweet) from and and a shout out to the delightful seasonal sauerkraut, hailing from my home turf in the north bay. As a pelvic health provider breakfast is one of my favorite topics (and meals). Excited for my first day seeing patients in the new space! Metaphorically crossing a bridge, but this awesome bridge picture is actually in the new room. Along with a treatment table and all the other goodies a pelvic PT requires which I have busily been amassing for the past few weeks. 😅May all find comfort and healing here. 💕💫🦋🌷
