For those who know grief, all I can say is it’s weird AF. Like one day, I feel like I can do this, then the next I feel like everything feels heavy, like trudging through mud. Anyone relate?

Those who have known me and my professional life, know I go all in. They know when I put my mind to something I do. That said, I’ve been struggling to market my therapy and coaching business. While they are great careers, and I love that work, it has been a GRIND to market. Now with bagels?? 🥯 I feel I’m finally learning that marketing pays off. I’m feeling so overjoyed by the response to J and M Baking Bagels.

What’s the point of this post? It’s all worth it!! Lows, highs, life lessons.

group can have up to 6-8 participants all who identify as Female or
were born female at birth.

WHEN: Every other Thursday starting February 8th-May 16th. In between
classes, you will have "homework" which we will discuss the following
