What's it like to get to know your defense patterns and get to the other side?

Well, first off, you find that you're in resistance, tension, a symptom, or some kind of struggle or lack of peace.

Maybe this is showing up in your body, mind, or emotional body in some specific way?

The discomfort drives you towards some kind of change.

You make a decision to get help and support.

Then you begin the work of building self awareness and getting to know your deeper defense patterns and how you're really organized in your nervous system.

You develop some strategies in your body to unwind, release and open.

It's possible to move beyond your patterns, to get to the other side, reorganizing from the inside out.

What's on the other side of your patterns?

Whether they are physical or emotional patterns, there is always more freedom.

Freedom from pain, suffering and resistance to Life.

Peace, ease, joy, love, connection, truth and freedom.
