Hey all! So I finally got fed up with being ‘disordered’ and missing out on living… so I am proposing a recovery minded retreat where we can get anyone interested in getting together with others going through similar struggles for a time where it’s okay to be a little weird. Many times those struggling with an eating disorder disorder are too rigid or compulsive to travel and try new things alongside new people. This group was formed to plan a fun and non intimidating retreat style vacation. I am open to the time and place so make your suggestions and I hope you will consider being a part of it.

A little about me…I’m 41 and relapsed several years ago after a decade long professional marathoning and ironman triathlon career.
