Recovery begins with one courageous decision.

When Diana reached out to L.A. CADA, she was ready to take the next step toward a healthier future. Our team quickly connected her with the care and support she needed, ensuring a smooth transition into residential treatment so she could begin her recovery journey.

Since entering treatment, Diana has embraced the opportunity to heal, grow, and build a new path forward. Her commitment, resilience, and determination have been evident every step of the way, and she continues to make meaningful progress as she works toward long-term recovery.

Diana's story is a reminder that hope is always within reach and that it's never too late to ask for help. At L.A. CADA, we're honored to walk alongside individuals on their journey, providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers lasting change.

If you or someone you know is ready to begin their recovery journey, L.A. CADA is here to help.

Every housing success story begins with hope and the right support.

After experiencing housing instability, Valerie is now safely settled into a permanent home thanks to the dedication of L.A. CADA's Alhambra Outreach Team. Through compassionate outreach, housing navigation, and ongoing support, our team helped Valerie find a welcoming place to call home, where she continues to thrive.

Stories like Valerie's reflect the impact of meeting people where they are and connecting them to the resources they need to rebuild stability and independence. Through our San Gabriel Valley Homeless Outreach Program, L.A. CADA proudly serves the communities of Alhambra, Arcadia, Azusa, Glendora, Rosemead, and West Covina, helping individuals experiencing homelessness access housing, supportive services, and resources that lead to long-term stability.

Every person deserves a place to call home.

This Father’s Day, L.A. CADA recognizes the fathers and father figures who help shape the lives of those around them through their guidance, support, and everyday acts of care.

The impact of a positive role model can create lasting change, providing encouragement, stability, and a reminder that no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Today, we celebrate and appreciate the fathers, mentors, and loved ones who continue to uplift their families and communities. Happy Father’s Day from L.A. CADA.

Creating pathways toward opportunity and support!

L.A. CADA’s LGBTQIA+ Alhambra Cottages and START House programs participated in a job and resource fair at the Connie Norman Center in West Hollywood, hosted by St. John's Community Health. Clients had the opportunity to connect with employment resources, explore job opportunities, and access community support services.

With support from the West Hollywood outreach team and peer support staff, participants were able to attend, engage with local resources, and take steps toward their personal and professional goals.

At L.A. CADA, we remain committed to supporting our LGBTQIA+ community by providing resources that promote wellness, recovery, stability, and empowerment. 💙🏳️‍🌈
