🖤 Shadow Work Tip #1: The Shadow Doesn't Hide in the Darkness… It Hides in Your Reactions.
Have you ever asked yourself:
"Why does this person trigger me so much?"
Most of us believe our reactions are caused by other people.
But Shadow Work teaches us something different.
✨ Every trigger is an invitation.
When someone awakens anger, jealousy, rejection, fear, or insecurity within you, they are often revealing an unhealed part of yourself that is asking to be seen.
This doesn't mean the other person's behavior is acceptable.
It means your emotional reaction contains valuable information.
Instead of asking:
❌ "Why are they doing this to me?"
Try asking:
✅ "What is this situation teaching me about myself?"
This is where real transformation begins.
Ancient wisdom reminds us that "As within, so without." The world around us often reflects what is happening within us. When we heal our inner world, we begin to experience our outer world differently.
Your shadow is not your enemy.
It is the part of you waiting to be understood, loved, and integrated.
🌱 Reflection for today:
What situation or person has triggered you recently?
Instead of reacting, take a moment to ask yourself:
"What wound, fear, or belief is asking for my attention?"
You might be surprised by what you discover.
