Bring your curiosity and "ggg"

🧘‍♀️👀 What will we be doing?
Guided thru meditation, visualization, energy work, and when prompted you can share what you're experiencing if you like (okay if you prefer not to), and also standing/walking for a bit in some experiential practicing of grounding to the earth, and sensing the aura, etc.

☕💦 Should I bring water?
We offer water, juice, and herbal teas.
