The high desert sun doesn’t play around—even when it’s cloudy.
UV rays bounce off stucco, sand, and snow, so sunscreen is a year-round thing here.

☀️ SPF 30 or higher
🧴 Reapply every 2 hours if you’re outside
👒 Don’t forget your ears, neck, and hands

Bonus: hydration + moisturizer go a long way against that Santa Fe dryness.

Santa Fe is beautiful... and often dry as a bone 💀 Even if you’re not hiking, our high desert climate pulls moisture right out of you.

Stay ahead of dehydration:
💧 Try to drink at least 10 cups of water each day (or more!)
💧 Don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
💧 Add electrolytes if you’re outside or active.
💧 Watch for signs: fatigue, headache, dizziness, dark urine.

Whether you live here or you’re just passing through, keep that water bottle close—it’s your new best friend 🤝
