I provide students with the zoom recording, good for a week, so even if you can't make it live, you can watch the recording to your heart's content. Email for this week's recording.
Because I've had many injuries from being physically active (including a trampoline snafu!) I always include a little bit of stabilizing for the hips and attention to midline. That way, rather than becoming a jelly fish, we become a jelly fish organized around a midline.
We use props - blocks, belt, blankets, and bolster if you have one.
