Santa Maria Wisdom Center Our goal is to help ensure that you and your loved ones continue to have a content and more fulfilling life through every stage of life's journey.

We are a team of experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals, committed to helping your or your loved one stay healthy so they can continue to live happily at home and not need placement in a nursing home or hospital. Our integrated team includes an RN, LVN, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist and an Activities specialist. During the COVID-19 crisis, we have been provi

ding freshly prepared meals delivered to our members' door, and daily/weekly contact with our nursing or social work staff, activities packet, and a virtual program designed for all cognitive abilities. Check out our sample calendar for more information. We are continuing these services at this time, for those who cannot come to the center. Services are free to eligible CenCal members and Veterans. We also offer a private pay option for those who would like our full-range of services, and those who would just like meals delivered.

I want to make a special shout out to my amazing staff!
We have the best staff ever!I am in awe of them every day — of their compassion, their strength, their resilience, and the way they continue to show up for our community with heart and purpose. The work is not easy, but they do it with care, dignity, and an unwavering commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives. I am so grateful for them, so proud of the work they do, and constantly amazed by who they are.

Raul has been with the Wisdom Center for 3 years now. He loves to joke around with members and staff. He appreciates the work our team does every day and is in awe of the patience the team has.

Truthfully, this team was built with that purpose in mind! From our program aides, nurses, social workers, and bus drivers, this team knows what it takes to deliver quality care. Our members are in the best of hands ❤️
