Our Office Administrator Luck had her last day with us earlier this month, after nearly nine years together.

Every appointment scheduled, every phone call taken, every email replied to, Luck was there to see us through every minute of the whirlwind that is the front office.

Luck wasn’t just an Office Administrator, she was also the first smiling face we got to see every morning, she was the one who made everyone feel special and loved, she was our big sister, our bestie. She always went above and beyond to make sure everyone had everything they needed.

Thank you Luck for so many wonderful years. We miss you and hope you come to visit us!

It's Robert Pietila's last week at PTW. Say it ain't so! We really don't want him to leave.

Robert has been a great sDPT, and will soon be a great DPT. He has been a real asset to this clinic, a pleasure to work and learn with, and he will be missed. We’re looking forward to seeing his journey unfold.

While Warren may never win an obstacle course race, and Griffin was docked a lot of points for hitting the most "lasers", both of these men are going to win in the world of Physical Therapy. Both are champions in our book.

What many patients don’t realize is that PTs and PTAs don’t work independently.

Your PT performs the evaluation, your PTA delivers treatment, and they’re constantly communicating about your progress, symptoms, and response to care.

That collaboration means more clinical insight, better adjustments, and ultimately better outcomes than care provided by a single person alone.
