This week, Amy Shapiro of and Ashley Slaughter of are upgrading the classic mix with ingredients that bring the crunch, flavor, and nutrition:

Starting the week strong. 💪

Lately, I’ve been focusing on getting stronger.

I’ve been challenging myself to lift heavier weights and prioritize strength training—and I’m already seeing the benefits:

✨ More energy
✨ Better bone health
✨ Improved posture
✨ Increased muscle and metabolism
✨ Greater confidence inside and outside the gym
✨ Strength that supports everyday life

One thing I’ve really loved about training at is the small class format. The trainers are incredibly hands-on, helping with form, making adjustments when needed, and guiding you toward the right weight for your goals. It’s supportive, challenging, and personalized in a way that’s hard to find.

As a former swimmer, I’ve always loved training with a purpose. Right now, that purpose is building strength for the long run.

Post-workout comfort, but make it chic. ✨

Loved attending the preview of the new trainers in Meatpacking NYC recently (with !) and adding a little bedazzling magic to my pair. 😍

Designed for elevated everyday wear, they’re incredibly soft, lightweight, and comfortable—perfect for slipping on after a workout (hello Pilates) and taking you through the rest of your day in style. And the silver? Such a fun touch that goes with everything.

Landed in LA and went straight here ✨

A few hours after landing this past weekend, my mom and I headed to — walking the gardens, taking in the art, the views, and exploring something new together 🤍

There’s something about walking thru a special place like this, seeing beauty, and experiencing something new that just resets your mind in the best way.

A day full of sunshine, gratitude, happy tears, and little reminders not to take life for granted. Having my mom there too — a breast cancer survivor herself — made it all even more special 🫶

So thankful for friendship, strength, health, and moments like these together.

Recently, I spent the morning surrounded by movement, connection, and genuinely good energy — another reminder of how powerful community can be 🤍

Loved finally meeting IRL after being insta friends forever. Her workout was incredible - so sore the next day lol✨ The Mood weights did their job (mine were pink 💗) and I’m obsessed with my new set.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this. ⬇️

One thing I keep reflecting on after Mama Strong at for — and honestly after every event — is how much people are craving genuine connection. 👯

Yes, we come for the workout and for the important cause. But the conversations, support, laughter, and shared energy always become the most meaningful part. ⚡️

There’s something really powerful about women coming together to move, reset, and give back at the same time and I am so grateful for this community. 💙
