Complex male rhinoplasty. Natural masculine refinement.

This patient presented with a significantly crooked nose, dorsal hump, and a drooping nasal tip. The goal was not to create a different nose—but to restore facial harmony while preserving a strong, masculine appearance.

Using advanced structural rhinoplasty techniques, we performed:
• Straightening of the crooked nasal framework
• Dorsal hump reduction
• Tip elevation and refinement
• Structural grafting to provide long-term support and stability

The result is a straighter, more balanced nose with improved tip position while maintaining a natural look that complements his facial features.

Direct Neck Lift: A Powerful Option for the Right Patient

These before-and-after photos demonstrate the results of a direct neck lift, a procedure designed to improve excess skin and fullness beneath the chin and along the front of the neck.

✅ Performed in the office under local anesthesia
✅ Typically takes about 90 minutes
✅ Quick recovery with minimal downtime
✅ No incisions around the ears, hairline, or face
✅ Excellent improvement of the cervicomental angle (“double chin” and neck laxity)

Unlike a traditional facelift or neck lift, a direct neck lift focuses specifically on the neck. The tradeoff is that while it can dramatically improve the area beneath the chin, it does not significantly address jowling, jawline definition, or midface/cheek aging.

There are also visible scars located beneath the chin and in the front portion of the neck. For that reason, this procedure is not for everyone. However, for carefully selected patients who are primarily bothered by loose neck skin and fullness under the chin—and who prefer a simpler in-office procedure with a faster recovery—it can be an outstanding option.

The key to success is choosing the right procedure for the right patient. Not everyone needs a facelift, and not everyone is a candidate for a direct neck lift. A personalized evaluation helps determine which approach will provide the best balance of improvement, recovery, and scarring.

Six days after direct neck lift. All incisions hidden under the chin nothing in the hairline or near the ears. This is a great option in older males who just want to get rid of the excess skin under their chin and get a sharp neck line with a 60 minute procedure and rapid recovery.
