PNI's Brain Wellness & Lifestyle Program is hosting a free virtual support group for caregivers of loved ones living with dementia.

Led by Claudia Wong, FNP-BC, Dementia Nurse Practitioner, and Sarah Krystkowiak, Brain Coach, weekly sessions cover cognitive and behavioral changes, stress management, emotional well-being, and community support. Sessions are complimentary July 15, 22, and 29, then $100 per month. Wednesdays 3-4 PM PT starting July 15.
