Eating clean and still bloated? Food is only half of it.
Digestion is a nervous-system event. Eat fast, eat stressed, eat standing up between calls - and your body simply isn't in the state where digestion works well. The cleanest meal still lands badly in a stressed body.
Add in the fact that stomach acid and enzyme output can shift with age and chronic stress, and 'I eat well, so why do I feel like this?' starts making a lot more sense.
Before cutting another food group: sit down, take three breaths before the first bite, chew more than feels necessary. It sounds too simple to matter. It's usually the thing that does.
Signals #6. Which one sounds like you?
