As we take care of our JoyFeel Therapy clients, we as therapists have to take care of ourselves too 💛

Holding space for people, supporting them through heavy moments, and helping clients navigate healing is meaningful work… but it also reminds us how important it is to stay grounded ourselves.

That’s why creating a calm, supportive environment in my home office matters so much to me ✨

The little essentials, comforting routines, and small moments throughout the day help me stay present, regulated, and able to fully show up for the people trusting me with their stories 🌿

Healing work is not just about what happens in session. It’s also about making sure the people caring for others are cared for too.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is hearing the good news clients bring into session.
