We’re joking... but also not. 😅
Sometimes the scariest things aren’t in horror movies.
They’re the beliefs that keep people stuck:
Thinking they have to handle everything alone.
Believing burnout is normal.
Convincing themselves they’re «fine» while running on empty.
Waiting until a crisis to ask for support.
The good news? Those stories don’t have to keep playing on repeat.
Healing starts when we become aware of the patterns, challenge the narratives, and give ourselves permission to do something different. 🤍
If one of these hit a little too close to home, it might be time to give yourself the same compassion you’d offer everyone else.
