Dear SRCA Community,

We wish to share an important update with you. Effective October 1, 2026, we will be adjusting our sliding scale fees by $5 across the board.

To ensure continued affordability, returning acupuncture appointments will increase by $4, resulting in the following pricing:

* Returning Patients: $49 - $90 (walk-in and online booking)
* New Patients: $65 - $95
* Facial Rejuvenation: $105 (initial visit), $85 (follow-up visits)
* Herbal Consultation: $49, $55, and $60

We understand that price increases can be challenging. Please know that this decision was made thoughtfully to ensure we continue offering affordable, accessible acupuncture while providing our acupuncturists with sustainable wages.

Our commitment to honoring our sliding-scale payment plan remains strong, and these changes will be adjusted automatically.

New Saturday Hours: Beginning with Saturday, October 3rd we will be open every other Saturday,

Supporting Your Immune Health Through Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
As the seasons change and cold and flu season approaches, many of us are looking for natural ways to support our health and keep our bodies resilient. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can be a valuable part of a wellness routine during this time of year.

In Chinese medicine, maintaining health is about creating balance within the body and supporting its natural ability to adapt to changes in the environment. Acupuncture is traditionally used to help promote balance, support relaxation, and address areas such as stress, sleep, and overall well-being—all of which can play an important role in how we feel throughout the colder months.

A TCM wellness approach may also include individualized herbal formulas, nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, and practices designed to support your unique constitution. Rather than waiting until you feel run down, regular acupuncture treatments can be incorporated into your seasonal self-care routine.

Of course, acupuncture and Chinese medicine are not substitutes for proven measures such as good hand hygiene, adequate nutrition, sleep, and appropriate medical care when you are sick. Think of them as complementary tools that can support your overall wellness.

This cold and flu season, consider giving your body a little extra support. A personalized acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment plan may be a wonderful addition to your seasonal health routine.
