This month, we're proud to recognize the Redwood Family Dermatology Ukiah team as they celebrate 20 years of serving patients across Mendocino County, Lake County and beyond.

DID YOU KNOW? We are celebrating 20 years in Ukiah!

In 2006, our Ukiah practice began with just one medical assistant, one front desk staff member, and one provider — open just one day a week. As demand grew, so did we: three days a week, then five. Along the way, we shared office space with other practices and moved locations three times before finally landing at our current home on South Dora Street.

Twenty years later, that same spirit of dedication and growth still drives our Ukiah team every single day. From routine skin checks to Mohs surgery, from pediatric dermatology to cosmetic care, we've had the privilege of caring for patients of all ages across Ukiah, Mendocino County, and Lake County — and watching families grow with us along the way.

Thank you to every patient who has trusted us with your skin health, and to our incredible providers and staff, past and present, who built this practice one day at a time. Here's to the next 20 years.

Let's take care of your skin this Fourth of July.

Whether you're spending the day at the lake, the beach, the barbecue or watching fireworks, don't forget the SPF. You may be on holiday, but the sun never is.

Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, reapply every two hours and after swimming or sweating, and don't forget easy-to-miss spots like your ears, neck and the tops of your feet.
