Some changes coming next month! I will have access to the office on Mondays starting October 5, 2026! I have shortened my Fridays and Sundays with this addition. I hope this offers one more opportunity for you to take time for yourself and that physical vessel that carries you through your earthly existence! ✨

Word of mouth is a massive help to small businesses/ independent contractors!! In a world where there's so many choices to make, people so often go to the cheapest or most convenient places and have terrible experiences that deter them from trying again.. I'm massively grateful to all of you, but especially grateful to those that pass around my name positively when I'm not even in the room.

I feel so much gratitude for this special container. 💕 Silent sessions become a sort of active meditation allowing lots of space for insights and inspiration. I attribute this largely to my office mates that use the room on my off days, primarily who infuses magic during her sessions, amplifying my own. Smoothe cohesion between independent contractors sharing the same space doesn't come without some bumps in the road- there can be a lot to iron out when hiccups arise, but honestly we do a great job between the three of us and that makes me immensely proud. I love this this space, and the people that continually show up. Just sharing a little positivity because this world seems crazy sometimes. Thank you for reading. 🌞
