What a special evening at Graton Casino! 🏆💙

Tonight, we had the honor of celebrating the Center for Well-Being being recognized as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in the North Bay!

This recognition means so much because CWB is more than just a workplace—we are a family. We celebrate each other’s successes, support one another through challenges, and share a genuine passion for making a difference in our community. The kindness, laughter, dedication, and love our team brings every day are what make this place so special.

We feel incredibly grateful to be part of a family that cares so deeply about our patients, our community, and each other. This award belongs to every person who makes CWB what it is.

A heartfelt thank you to the North Bay Business Journal for this wonderful recognition and for celebrating the organizations and people who make the North Bay a great place to work.

Cheers to our CWB family and to many more memories and milestones together! 💙✨🥂

Exercise Tip of the Day!

Take 5–10 minutes to warm up before exercising and cool down afterward.

A proper warm-up helps prepare your body for movement, while cooling down gives your body time to gradually return to its resting state.

Remember: Taking care of your body before and after exercise is part of a healthy routine!
