We are thrilled to celebrate Yesenia as our Caregiver of the Month! 💛😁

Yesenia has been a dedicated member of the Help at Home Senior Care team for over two years. Her journey into caregiving began after working in real estate for years. She started volunteering, discovered a deep love for caring for others, and earned her CNA in 2007.

For Yesenia, the most rewarding part of her job is truly making a difference in her clients' lives. She builds trust by listening closely and being able to read each client's unique needs, believing that great care requires kindness, compassion, and a genuine love for being there. While she notes that losing clients is the hardest part of the profession because "after 2–3 years, you become family," her passion for the work never wavers.

Outside of work, she loves learning new skills in dementia and healthcare, gardening, and relaxing to music. 🎶🌼🩵 For anyone considering this path, Yesenia’s advice is simple: "Try it! You never know." Thank you, Yesenia, for your heart, dedication, and incredible service!
