Today we want to recognize and celebrate our amazing Activities Department and Housekeeping Department for the positive energy, compassion, and dedication they bring to our residents every single day.

Our Activities team creates moments of joy, purpose, laughter, and connection that help make our facility feel like home. From games and celebrations to one-on-one interactions, they remind our residents that life should continue to be meaningful, engaging, and full of happiness. 🎨🎶

Our Housekeeping team plays an equally important role by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Their hard work helps protect the health, comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents while bringing warmth and pride to our community every day. ✨

Both departments may work behind the scenes at times, but the impact they make is seen and felt everywhere throughout our building. Thank you for your positivity, teamwork, and the love you pour into caring for our residents. You truly make a difference.

Lorna has worn many hats throughout her journey serving as a Restorative Nurse Assistant, CNA, and Treatment CNA, all while playing a vital role alongside our incredible Wound Care Nursing Team.

Her commitment to our residents goes far beyond clinical care,it’s about restoring dignity, promoting healing, and making every patient feel seen, supported, and valued.

We’re proud to introduce the leadership behind exceptional care at Santa Rosa Post Acute—meet our Medical Director, Dr. Dominic Picetti, MD.
Originally from Marin County, Dr. Picetti brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and compassion to our patients and team. He graduated magna cm laude in Nutrition Sciences from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas, and completed his Internal Medicine training at UC San Diego—followed by a Chief Resident year at Scripps Green Hospital.
Beyond his impressive medical background, Dr. Picetti is passionate about living a balanced and active lifestyle, enjoying swimming, biking, running, and gardening.
His commitment to excellence and patient-centered care plays a vital role in helping our residents heal, recover, and thrive.
